Postcode searches
Your entered postcode is used to calculate nearby results. It is not placed in an indexable URL. We may retain only the outward portion, such as “SW1A”, with anonymous contact-event counts to understand coverage.
Business listings
We publish factual business information obtained from public business sources or provided by the business. For sole traders, some business information may also be personal data. We record the source and review date and provide correction and removal mechanisms.
Forms
If you submit a claim, correction or suggestion, we use the details to review, verify and respond to your request. They are not sold or added to a marketing list.
Analytics and security
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and privacy-focused web analytics. Technical security logs may include IP addresses for a limited period. Turnstile processes technical signals to protect forms from automated abuse.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, restriction or deletion of applicable personal data and may object to its use. Submit a removal or privacy request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
